Controller and contact
Edward Mendoza, an individual operating under the trade name InnoMind OS, with an address at Calle Progreso 7, Col. Adolfo López Mateos, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for processing the personal data received through innomindos.com and its contact channels. For privacy matters you can write to contacto@innomindos.com.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, the name of your business if you choose to provide it, your email address or phone number, the service you are interested in and a description of your request. If you choose WhatsApp, we will also receive the information you share in that conversation. We do not request sensitive personal data, passwords or banking information through the form. Please avoid including them.
The technical providers involved in operating and protecting the website may process information such as IP address, browser, date and signals needed to identify abusive traffic. We limit its use to the operation and security described here; the services actually used are identified below.
How we use the information
We use it to answer inquiries, understand the requested service, prepare and follow up on proposals, communicate through the channel you chose and protect our contact channels against abuse. Providing the essential contact details allows us to handle your request. This form does not create a contract or request payments.
In this version we do not use inquiries for promotional campaigns, the sale of databases or the training of artificial intelligence models. If we later offer a promotional subscription, it will have a separate and voluntary option; declining it will not prevent you from requesting information about our services.
Services involved
To operate the website we use the following providers, which process data on our behalf and for the functions indicated:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and processing of form submissions.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: domain management (DNS) and anti-spam protection for the form (Turnstile).
- Resend, Inc.: delivery of form requests to the business mailbox.
- Spacemail (Spaceship): the contacto@innomindos.com mailbox.
Some of them may process information outside Mexico, in accordance with their terms and the applicable contractual measures. We distinguish between those who process data on our behalf and third parties that use it for their own purposes.
When you choose WhatsApp or open our social media profiles, you access Meta platforms that are also subject to their own policies. The website does not send your inquiry by email and WhatsApp at the same time unless you choose to. We do not publish your inquiries. Any additional transfer that requires consent will be disclosed and handled before it takes place; communications required by a competent authority will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Retention and access
Requests are received at contacto@innomindos.com, hosted by Spacemail (Spaceship), with access limited to the people who handle them. We keep inquiries that do not lead to a contract for up to 6 months from the last interaction and then delete them or apply the corresponding blocking. Contract files and data subject to a legal obligation follow their applicable periods. Backups and provider logs follow the cycles documented in our operations. We apply access and protection measures appropriate to the processing.
Your rights and choices
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights), as well as revoke your consent or limit the use or disclosure of your data, by writing to contacto@innomindos.com. Include your name, a way to reply, your request and the information that allows us to locate your data. To verify your identity or representation we will indicate an appropriate method; do not send identification documents through the business contact form.
We will communicate our decision on ARCO requests within twenty business days and, when applicable, we will carry it out within the fifteen business days following that communication. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified. Revocation has no retroactive effect, and some obligations may require us to keep certain data. You may contact the Mexican Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno) when applicable.
Cookies and technologies
At launch we do not use behavioral advertising, marketing pixels or session replay. The website does not set its own cookies or use analytics tools.
When you approach the contact form, the website loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that analyzes technical signals from your browser and connection to distinguish people from automated traffic. This verification is required to send the form and we do not use it for advertising. If you prefer not to use it, you can write to us directly by email or WhatsApp. If we add other technologies in the future, we will update this information and enable the applicable choices before using them.
Changes
We will publish any changes at https://innomindos.com/en/privacy-policy/ and indicate the date of the update. If a change requires new consent, we will request it through the appropriate channel before applying that processing.
